The team captain of the World Champion team at the Expogast Culinary World Cup 2014 in Luxembourg, his crowning glory has been to lead Singapore to a double Gold medal performance at the Culinary Olympics 2016 in Germany.

Chef Teo brings a priceless 15 years of culinary experience with top hotels and a premium catering company in Singapore. Having traversed paths that few would dare to pursue in conjuring inventive food, Chef Teo’s culinary journey embodies his passion for food.

His menu of modern, contemporary cuisine places particular emphasis on Asian Local & European flavours, diverse textures and extraordinary presentations.
