Flower Field Hall, Gardens by the Bay
It was an event where the cruise ship docked at the harbour and guests were brought by charter to tour the most popular place of interest in Singapore, Gardens by the Bay.
Guests were greeted and invited to a 4-course western sit down dinner specially cooked by our award-winning chef Teo Yeow Siang.
The menu consists
- Confit Salmon, Cauliflower Curd, Smoked Salmon Tartar, Beetroot Gel and Puffed Quinoa
- Roasted Pumpkin Soup with Herb Oil
- Slow Cooked Chicken, Baked Brioche with Chicken and Mushroom Ragout, Spring Vegetable, Natural Jus
- Mango Mousse, Almond Crumble, Wild Berries
